Keeley Electronics DDR
Drive Delay Reverb
The DDR combines the most common guitar effects– DRIVE and WET –into one pedal. Choose between two classic overdrive tones and then pour on some delay or reverb. One pedal, any gig.
The DRIVE section gives you two styles of overdrive to choose from: Crunch or Lead. The Crunch Style gives you a gritty British tube-amp combo sound. The Lead Style gives you a warm and dark, mid-pushed overdrive. The WET side of the pedal gives you Delays and Reverbs. A Vintage/Modern Switch allows you to toggle between Spring & Plate reverb or Analog & Digital delay. Use the built-in effects loop to insert effects between Drive and Wet, or run it by itself as the only pedal you’ll need!

The DDR’s clipping circuitry is a modded Keeley 1962 with a Katana boost on top, The Crunch drive offers bright, chimey, and British character, useful for chordal rhythm parts and bluesy leads. The Lead drive is Keeley’s spin on a classic TS circuit full of rich, dark saturation with a lot of harmonic content. Either Drive voicing is easily accessible with the flip of a switch.
Once your drive tone is dialed in to your satisfaction, adding the necessary ambience is quick and easy with the DDR’ switchable reverb/delay channel. Each option gives you two choices of effects – The Vintage Mode offers either a dark drippy spring reverb with the right amount of zing, or a dark degenerating delay modelled after bucked-brigade style analog circuits. Switched to Modern Mode you get a spacious plate reverb with spangly, angelic qualities, or a digital delay with flawlessly pristine repeats.
Additionally, the DDR’s Iets you insert any pedal between Drive and Wet channel. The TRS Insert switch transforms its 1/4″ ins and outs into TRS jacks, which makes the DDR essentially as versatile as having two separate pedals, while saving on pedal board real estate.
Finally, you have the choice between making the DDR a True Bypass pedal or basking in its ambient trails by enabling Trails Bypass via the side-mounted Trails switch.
With all the options it provides Keeley’s DDR breaks the barriers walling in your tone.
