Why can't I find X brands/products at The Pedal Zone?
We are constantly working to increase our product range to provide you with the broadest selection of fantastic effects pedals and cool accessories as possible. However, due to supply chain issues or component shortages (that many manufacturers are facing these days) sometimes it can take a while longer for us to stock a specific brand or product.
Should you not find what you are looking for in our shop, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask us for specific products and brands.
There's a better price somewhere else… will you match it?
As an authorised dealer of all the brands and products we carry at The Pedal Zone, we strive to be competitively priced and always give you the best deals possible.
However, should you find a better price elsewhere, please drop us a quick email via email@example.com with the link of the store and your details. We will do our best to see if we are able to match it for you.
Please consider though that we will assess all price match requests on a case-by-case basis and these must be on like-for-like terms. We cannot guarantee to match the price that you have seen, but we are more than happy to provide you with our best possible deal.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to the following countries in the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We are however constantly looking to expand the range of countries we service. If we don’t currently deliver to your place of residence, please check back with us in the future or sign up via email to be notified once we start servicing your area.
Is The Pedal Zone an authorized dealer for all products on offer?
Yes, we are! As an authorised dealer for all of the brands we carry, we source all our products from either the official distributor or direct from the manufacturer.
Delivery Terms - How long will I have to wait for my shipment?
We strive to process and ship out all orders for products that are in stock within one business day. In an effort to ensure speedy delivery, we work with carefully selected logistics partners so you should receive your chosen product(s) in the shortest time possible.
However, depending on the country your order is being shipped to, it will usually take between 1-5 days for your shipment to arrive at its destination. Some countries can take longer, but if there is a delay that is out of our control we will endeavor to notify you as soon as we can. Please check the Shipping page for more info.
Should any products contained within your order not currently be in stock, as indicated on the product and checkout pages, we will inform you as soon as possible regarding their estimated date of delivery. Occasionally, shipments from our suppliers may not reach us within expected quoted time frames and in these cases, we will be unable to meet the relevant advised shipment date. Whilst we appreciate that these rare occurrences may be frustrating, we will strive to continuously provide you with the most accurate and updated information available.
How much is shipping?
On all TPZ store items (excluding merchandise), shipping is free to many places in Europe, if your order for physical goods is over the minimum amounts shown on our Shipping Info page.
As all orders for TPZ merchandise is fulfilled out by a third party on demand, these costs are calculated on an order by order basis and also will be shown in your cart before any transaction is complete.
We always try to keep things as reasonable as possible, any shipping fees are shown in the final cart before the transaction is completed.
How Can I pay?
We work together with several different payment providers in order to make shopping at The Pedal Zone as convenient as possible for you.
Currently, we offer the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro)
- Mobile Pay
- Dankort (Denmark)
- Manual Bank transfer via invoice (send us an email if you wish to pay that way)
When will I be charged for my order?
Depending on your method of payment, your card will be charged at the point of ordering your goods and then, for goods in stock, made ready for speedy dispatch within one business day. For goods not in stock that you wish to pre-order, your card will be charged at the point of ordering and we will inform you of the estimated dispatch date.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund pre-orders if goods deem not to be available for reasons out of our control.
I live in the EU. Is VAT included in your pricing?
All pricing displayed on The Pedal Zone’s website for EU countries is including VAT and orders to these EU countries will be charged with the local prevailing VAT rate.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and/or link sent to the email provided by you during checkout.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the shipment in their respective system after we have given you your tracking information.
Am I liable for Import Tax?
If your order is being delivered to a EU country, you do not have to pay additional import tax or VAT.
The invoice total includes the applicable local VAT rate. Further taxes or duties are not required.
How do I report a damaged shipment?
While we take all necessary precautions and work with the best transport partners possible, sometimes our parcels and in the worst case their contents, unfortunately can get damaged or lost during transport.
If your shipment arrives damaged or an item is missing, we will of course provide you with assistance.
Please contact our customer support staff via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work through the report procedure together with you to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Until we have been able to resolve any claim for damaged packages, please do not dispose of the parcel and/or packaging material as it may be needed for a possible inspection by the relevant transport agency
Can I buy VAT free, if I’m ordering for a company?
The Pedal Zone shop is predominantly based on serving B2C customers and as such we do not offer B2B sales via our webstore.
However, if you are ordering for a company, recording studio or as a fellow content creator, please contact us anyway and we will either put you in contact with our partners or handle the transaction via traditional invoicing.
I have technical problems with a product, can you help me?
If you should run into problems while using your new product(s), the most effective way for us to support you is to contact our customer service team via email: email@example.com
We will then do our best to work through your difficulties together with you. Please include as much detail as possible about your issue or question (preferably in English or Danish to ensure a quick and accurate response) so we can ensure that any problems you may have are dealt with in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
How should I package my return?
Note: this Packaging advice is meant to show you how to pack your return safely to avoid any damages to your property. Please take the time to read the below instructions and tips carefully, to ensure that your return arrives with us safely. In addition we ask that you only use packing tape to seal your cardboard shipping box – masking tape, adhesive tape or packthreads are not suitable for a secure seal and we will not be held accountable if your parcel is packed incorrectly.
If possible, please re-use the original shipping packaging and packing materials you received with your order, in an effort to save resources and minimise waste. While you can use crumpled newspaper to fill any empty space in the package, do not use this wrapping material for the product packaging. If re-using a cardboard box for return shipping, please make sure all old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed or blanked out.
Please follow the following steps to package your return:
- Prepare your shipping box and reinforce the bottom with packing tape.
- Pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
Should the original packaging be no longer available, generously wrap it in bubblewrap and secure it with packing tape.
- Fill the bottom (approx. 5-10 cm) of the shipping carton with padding material such as air cushions or scrunched up paper.
- Place your packaged item into the shipping carton and add padding material around it on all sides including the top, to ensure it is held in place securely and cannot move around in the parcel during transport.
- Close and seal the lid of the shipping carton with packing tape along all open seams.
- Attach the return label so it is clearly visible on the outside of your parcel.
The product I bought from you is faulty, what should I do?
As our products are “fresh from the factory” and we buy exclusively as an authorised dealer from official distributors and manufacturers, your equipment is secured by a variety of legal warranty and guarantees.
Please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work through the returns procedure together with you. In addition, we ask that you familiarise yourself with our general returns policy. We will endeavor to repair any out of stock, discontinued or special custom-made products as speedily as possible via our suppliers’ authorised maintenance and repair service partners. Please always enclose a note with your return stating your customer number and invoice number (it is best is to enclose a copy of the invoice if you can) as well as a detailed fault description.
I want my pedal/brand featured on a TPZ episode, is this possible?
Thanks for your interest in The Pedal Zone. We’re always on the look-out for cool, innovative and crazy pedals and would be more than happy to check out your pedal and see if it fits Stefan and his audience profile.
We offer a variety of demo formats, all with a range of accompanying social media coverage plans to spread the word on your product.

What do I have to do for TPZ to sell my pedal brand?
We are always looking to expand our product range and offer our customers the best and widest selection of amazing effects pedals possible.

Why do you not offer user reviews?
Currently, our focus lies on improving the TPZ store and the product range we offer, so you can have the best possible shopping experience at The Pedal Zone.
As our store, product range and customer base are growing, we hope to soon be able to provide you with the option to tell others about what you think of the products you bought from us.
I’d like to try out some pedals before buying, is that possible?
Whilst we do not have a physical store location, we do offer the opportunity to try out products at our facilities in Risskov, Denmark by prior appointment.
